Getting Started with Coaching

Your coaching journey begins with a free 30-minute exploration call (virtual video platform). This is a low-pressure chance to:

  • Learn more about how neurodiversity coaching works
  • Ask any questions
  • See if we’re a good fit
  • Discuss your goals, needs, or access requirements

There’s no obligation - just a friendly conversation to help you decide what’s right for you.

 

If you decide you would like to go ahead with coaching, we can confirm your chosen package (see options below), and get your first session booked in. Before it begins, I’ll send you a short, optional exercise to help you reflect on your strengths, challenges, and what you’d like to change—so we can hit the ground running. Between sessions, you’ll have access to practical tools—including a Neurodivergent Friendly Mindfulness Guide, Dopamine Menu & Diary, Energy Audit and more—so you can keep building momentum.

All coaching sessions are:

  • 1:1 and virtual (accessible worldwide)
  • 60 minutes long (with optional shorter check-ins in some packages)
  • Flexible in scheduling—every 1–3 weeks, based on your energy and availability

You’re welcome to select the package that best fits your goals and budget—from a single Discovery & Clarity session to extended support through Sustained Momentum or the workplace-focused “At Work” Partnership. Sliding scale pricing is available across all options—just choose the tier that suits your circumstances.

I offer transparent sliding scale tiers so coaching can be more accessible:

  • Supported Rate: For students, unwaged, or those with unstable/low income
  • Standard Rate: The true cost of delivering this service
  • Solidarity Rate: For those who can pay more to help keep coaching accessible

No proof or justification needed. Just choose the tier that feels right for your current situation.

🌱 Discovery & Clarity

For when you have a specific, time-limited goal.

£95 (sliding scale: £70 Supported rate  / £110 Soldarity rate

  • 1 x 60-minute session to explore your strengths, challenges, and what you’d like to change
  • Access to my full resource library
  • 1 x 15-minute follow-up check-in within 2 weeks
  • Optional: a short written summary with your top 3 action steps

Perfect if you’re new to coaching or want to test the waters before committing.

 

 

🔁 Core Transformation (Package A) 

For focused support to build lasting strategies
£420 (sliding scale: £280 / £520)

  • 6 x 60-minute sessions over 6–12 weeks (you choose the pace)
  • Unlimited brief email support between sessions (I’ll reply within 72 hours)
  • Full access to all support resources
  • Optional: 1 x 30-minute integration session in week 8 to reflect and plan ahead

This is my most popular package—ideal if you’re ready to tackle overwhelm, build routines, or grow self-advocacy skills.

 

“At Work” Add-on: +£120
Includes liaison with your employer (with your consent), workplace adjustment planning, and advocacy support.

 

 

🚀 Sustained Momentum (Package B)

For deeper, longer-term support over 3–6 months
£680 (sliding scale: £460 / £820)

  • 10 x 60-minute sessions, scheduled flexibly around your energy and needs
  • 2 x 15-minute check-in calls
  • Priority email support (response within 48 hours)
  • Mid-point progress snapshot (optional written review)
  • Full resource library access

Great if you’re managing multiple transitions, co-occurring challenges, or need extended accountability.

  • Up to 2 x liaison emails or calls with your employer (with your permission)

  • Optional: 30-minute educational session for your manager (non-coaching, focused on neuroinclusion)

💼 “At Work” Partnership Package — 20‑Hour Edition (Package E)

For neurodivergent employees seeking comprehensive, long‑term support with workplace wellbeing, performance, and sustainable career development
£1,900 (sliding scale: £1,600 / £2,200)

20 hours of coaching, delivered flexibly as:

  • 60‑minute weekly sessions
  • Or a mix of 60‑ and 90‑minute deep‑dive sessions
  • Optional “micro‑sessions” (20–30 minutes) for high‑support weeks

💳 Payment Options

Where possible, coaching packages are paid in full before the first session begins. However, if needed, payment can be split into two instalments — half upfront and half midway through the programme.

For clients using Access to Work (AtW) or receiving support from an employer, invoices can be provided for reimbursement or direct payment, depending on the arrangement.
